Built on the Anthropic Agent SDK with two Model Context Protocol servers — an in-process route-QA compute server and tcxc-mcp-server (55 live TelecomsXchange tools). It discovers candidate voice routes, benchmarks vendors on rate and quality (ASR, ACD, PDD), validates with controlled test traffic, flags fraud and false-answer patterns, and pauses for one-tap human approval before any billable action. Autonomy is bounded (standing "always allow" grants re-confirm after N uses; a spend cap can't be outrun), every gated decision and outcome is written to an append-only activity ledger, and sessions persist and resume across restarts.
